The professional proficiency work starts from the need of one or many small and micro organizations that face a constant problem within the management for internationalization. This barrier is mainly focused on export modes, because this small company called UROS DEL SUR S. R. L., located in the highlands of Puno, is immersed in the business of the commercialization of minerals as is the case of gold. Unfortunately, this company suffers from complications within its logistics structure, which is a vital part of exports. On the one hand, the general manager is the one who makes the decisions at the time of closing a negotiation to send the gold abroad, however, and, on the other hand, these foreign trade operations are handled by a subcontracted agent, who places the gold in buyers' refineries. This service is therefore subject to a fee which constitutes a percentage of the total invoiced sale of the gold. The problem is that this commission, which is assigned to the person responsible for placing the product at destination, considerably reduces the company's profits, since the latter collects the gold and sells it to the foreign market. Showing that, the company's margins are not profitable for them, by allocating a percentage of their profits to intermediaries. Evidence from other societies seems to point to the same problem. Our case study focuses on seeing the alternatives that could have the company UROS DEL SUR S. R. L to be able to mitigate in some extent, these benefits ceased to perceive. For this purpose, we conducted interviews with the manager, documentary review of figures in liquidations, income statement, sources and bibliographical references that serve as a basis for supporting the following work.
