The company Agroimportadora S.A. C is dedicated to the importation and commercialization of horticultural products, highlighting the “insect glue trap“ as the star product, which represents 72% of the total income of the organization due to its quality, ease of application, and high durability, distinguished by its environmental friendliness. It should be noted that the organization maintains an exclusivity contract with the supplier, which implies a risk of permanence in the domestic market in the face of substitute products that may appear. The first chapter mentions the main problems faced by the company, detailing the economic, social, and political aspects of the horticultural sector related to the problems presented. Likewise, sales information, the goals set, certificates and accreditations that support the positioning of Agroimportadora S.A.C. in the sector are specified. The second chapter identifies the type of qualitative research of descriptive scope, the theoretical bases, background and identification of internationalization theories that support the problem. Similarly, it identifies the business and organizational impact, achieving improvement alternatives for the company. Finally, in the third chapter, the advantages and disadvantages of both options are evaluated. The decision was made to favor renegotiating contract terms, taking into account project feasibility, expenses, and resources. This involves the initial import process with the new supplier and supportive success measures. Furthermore, the proposal's details are contrasted with background and applied theories. Ultimately, conclusions and recommendations are offered, and the findings obtained will bolster the research proposal.
