Customs agencies have always been vital for international trade, because through them specialized procedures are carried out before the customs office, with the aim of being able to successfully carry out export and import operations of goods and services. Since there is high competition and atomization in this important sector, the different companies in the sector must offer a competitive advantage to customers. In this way, the logistics operator mentioned in this titling project has planned to increase the processed volumes of merchandise. To achieve this objective, it has been detected that the customer service area has many problems when answering the doubts and queries that they have. Given this situation, the use of technological and modern programs such as chatbots has been proposed in order to increase the number of operations that the sectorists in the aforementioned area can carry out successfully. On the other hand, since no customs agent has yet implemented these programs, it can be determined that this logistics operator is a pioneer in the use of artificial intelligence and thus set a precedent for other companies in the industry. With this professional proficiency project, it is proposed to implement a solution that is disruptive and that at the same time guarantees sustainability over time.
