The present work on professional sufficiency begins with knowing and identifying the strategies that Early Education teachers use in the classroom so that the child develops their skills in a comprehensive manner, specifically the strategies that shadow teachers use in the accompaniment of children with disorders of the autism spectrum during this stage of training. It is considered important to work on these actions since they are the means for the development of inclusive teaching practices which, under the present work, must consider the pedagogical guidelines of the educational center where they are carried out, in this case specifically the Reggio Emilia methodology. Consequently, this intervention consists of a series of activities where shadow teachers design and apply teaching strategies, taking into account the principles of the Reggio Emilia methodology. In order to achieve this objective, an evaluation had to be carried out on the exploration techniques used by shadow teachers within the framework of the Design Thinking methodology, such as: Interviews, questionnaires and shadowing in order to know their teaching strategies and challenges. Likewise, to have a more complete look at our user, teachers, a psychologist and school coordinator, and a psychologist who is an expert on the subject were interviewed. Finally, the work shows an innovative and enriching view for the development of an inclusion project within the school where the shadow teachers work. It is worth highlighting that within the educational proposal, inclusive practices are taken into consideration; However, in everyday life, there is a shortage of teaching strategies to address the diversity of students in the educational environment.
