Public projects in the construction industry represent one of the most important activities at the national level, and their main purpose is to satisfy the needs of the population. These types of projects are limited in terms of deadline and budget, and they also present problems during their execution, which is why the management handled within public works is important. This research work has been developed considering as a general problem the poor communication management that occurs in public building projects in the department of Ancash. To collect information and identify the problem, data was collected from three public works located in the department of Ancash, for which the method of face-to-face interviews aimed at the engineers in charge was used. After identifying the problems of communication management in the public projects analyzed, various types of software tools focused on the management of civil construction projects were investigated. Therefore, to select the tool, surveys were conducted aimed at civil engineers with experience in using software; Subsequently, a comparative table was prepared, in which the Easyproject software stood out. Likewise, as a solution proposal, a communication management plan was developed integrating the Easyproject tool, therefore, to carry out the analysis of the benefits of its application, it was implemented in a public building project located in the department of Ancash. The present research work aims to improve communication in public building projects by developing a communication management plan integrating the Easyproject software. In addition, the level of research is descriptive and explanatory, with a documentary and field research design. Likewise, for the approval of the thesis, it was implemented in the work “Intervention in Reconstruction Through Investments – Iri – In La Ie N° 86432 Del C.P. Chucos, Huantar District, Huari Province, Ancash Region. Cl 717422“, in which, through the results obtained, the indicators of the problem were mitigated, which are: conflicts due to disorganization between stakeholders, material requirements outside the deadline, non-compliance with the deadlines established between the entities, delay in decision-making in weekly meetings and disorder in the documentary compilation of the work. Therefore, through implementation, an optimal result for the approval of the proposal is revealed.
