The project identifies as a primary issue solving the immediate problem in university accommodation for students who are studying at the university, specifically UPC (San Miguel) who come from districts far from the Lima Center area, provinces and abroad. Because this area has a high demand for university and young population as the main user, students. For this reason, it is planned to create a Hybrid Building based on Collective Housing and Social Unification in the San Miguel district that provides modular housing premises around this social void. Proposing areas that complement their transitional educational life complementing housing areas, cultural areas and work areas. In which, they can develop and grow as adults to face any type of problem that may arise in the future of their professional career. Therefore, it was proposed to give the project a versatility that combines and respects public, semi-public and private spaces. Having point of permanence inside and outside the project. On the other hand, generating staggered volumes providing visual towards the boulevard street and at the same time terraces in them, recreates a greater human interaction, where students are invited to enter the project and ascend to the variables it provides. Finally, the idea of the project is that it can cause an impact in the area, generating a milestone, since it provides public facilities in general and that a point of permanence for students works in the internal central areas.
