The main objective was to analyze relevant perspectives around the transcendental challenges for the administration of human resources in multinational entities, and the three specific objectives were to study the sociocultural, environmental and internal factors that generate challenges for the management of human talent. This way, an explanatory investigation was carried out by reviewing the literature on the state of the art, and it was found that the challenges for multinationals are related to interculturality and the structural context in different countries, as well as the forces that impact on organizations in general. Finally, it was concluded that there is no consensus among the authors analyzed on which are the most important challenges, which configures the controversy, the subject of this work.
