The current research work aims to innovate one of the payment instruments products of an SME dealer (distributor) of the payment instruments trade in the financial sector. This work began with the objective organization, the marking in which it is located, the turns of business and what will be studied later: In the first chapter we will explain the introduction of the work, where we will see the theme, the motivation of it, the field of action and its problems such as the low sales and marketability of the product izionline, determination of the causes and problems to be solved. The second chapter discussed the theoretical framework, the analysis of means of payment at the global and national levels. As well as methodologies, state of the art and success stories. In the third chapter, solutions were proposed, among which was an innovation system for izionline products through digital transformation, which is based on a value-added service for SME clients who want a complete package of payment gateways and web pages, as well as all the indicators and design of the process. In the fourth chapter, the work was validated, with a sample of 30 executives from different supervisors in order to see the analysis and impacts of the implementation, with the aim of increasing the sales of payment gateways and the transactionability of these. Finally, the fifth chapter specifies the conclusions and recommendations that they imply as part of the sustainability that this work will have.
