To this fact is added the lack of trained health personnel for the care of this pathology, this being the main reason for the saturation of the public and private health system. In the article published by Bretel (2021), it is revealed that in the country only 12 departments have a clinical oncologist and there is only 1 doctor for 144,029 inhabitants, far from the international standard, generate specialists and patient support areas is not only a difficult and expensive task, but also time consuming, so a solution must be found. However, advances in technology, including artificial intelligence and its use in health, have brought about improvements in health issues, such as its management, diagnosis, predictive capacity, precision in treatment and research. If we add the facts and make synergy between the resources that are currently available. Artificial intelligence added to human resources could cover the need for cancer patient support and thus reduce the saturation of the system. Our health investment project called EMI, is the sum of quality human resources and artificial intelligence through a chatbot that will respond 24 x 7 to queries from patients undergoing treatment. For the project an investment of 611,444 nuevos soles will be required, the estimated value of the project is 2,790,478 nuevos soles and the return on investment will be given in 3 years and 9 months.
