The proposed project is a cultural center aimed at all types of users in the district of San Juan de Miraflores. Statistics show that the district of San Juan de Miraflores during the last 5 years, has presented an increase in the development of cultural and artistic activities. However, these activities take place in public spaces, whether in the plaza, parks or open land, being vulnerable to crime and climate change. The main problem is that they do not have an adequate infrastructure for the development of these activities. For this reason, the project seeks to provide a cultural center that covers the 5 pillars of culture, as indicated by the Ministry of Culture and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). In this wat, you can have a wide range of workshop and, in turn, cover users from 6 to more years of age. Part of the analysis, 3 cultural centers (two from Spain and one from Colombia) have been analyzed. Where it has been possible to rescue the importance of permeability in a cultural center, the relationship is physical or visual of the functions and of the internal space with the public space. For this reason the emphasis of the project is permeability architecture.
