Introduction: this paper describes 30 clinical cases that were treated and evaluated during the 10 months of medical internship by various specialties. The health establishments from which they were collected are the Villa María del Triunfo Maternal and Child Center and the Villa El Salvador Emergency Hospital during the period of June 2022 to March 2023. The data collected through the clinical history of each patient, the anamnesis, the physical examination, the presumptive diagnosis due to the suspicion of a disease yet to be confirmed, some diagnostic tests carried out, the definitive diagnosis, the treatment, the follow-up and finally a significant reflection for each case. Objective: Collect, describe analyze and reflect on the following 30 clinical cases that were treated and evaluated in my rotation as a medical intern in the specialties of Obstetrics-Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Surgery. Methodology: Descriptive and analytic study of clinic cases or Non-probabilistic type of sample where clinical histories of the most outstanding cases was selected during the rotation of the medical internship. Conclusions: In the seventh year of the Human Medicine degree, the medical internship is developed, a stage in which students develop and apply their theoretical knowledge in medical practice in hospitals and, in turn, form and improve the doctor-patient relationship. Also, in this stage of the medicine carrier we know the deficits of each health center and face those challenges to be able to diagnose and provide optimal treatment to each patient. Finally, each case, nurtures our knowledge about the various pathologies evaluated in that period and in the future have the necessary skills to face those challenges.
