The factors that influence swift guanxi, which is considered to be a perception of a beneficial relationship that builds quickly between consumers and sellers in online marketplaces, have not been completely investigated in social commerce literature, due to this, the aim of the present investigation is to show the impact of technical and social factors of s-commerce such as: emotional support, informational support, interactivity presence and swift guanxi; and how this last one variable can influence in eWOM. To achieve this goal, 394 people who buy through Facebook and Instagram applying the structural model, which has second-order constructs, was measured by PLS-SEM to solve five proposed hypotheses. The main results achieved are interactivity and presence show positive significance with swift guanxi. Also, swift guanxi displays a high positive relation with eWOM. Nevertheless, this study could not prove a positive relation between emotional support and swift guanxi and also the relationship between informational support and swift guanxi. The main theoretical contribution of this investigation is the demonstration of a positive relation between eWOM and swift guanxi that has not been deeply approached in s-commerce literature.
