The objective of this study was to compare the dimensions of the quality of professional life between employees of a judicial entity in the State of Huaura that work remotely and those who do it in person. The sampling collection was non-probabilistic, for this purpose, 320 workers, men (51.9%) and women (48.1%), aged between 25 and 70 years old, participated. For data collection, an intentional non-probabilistic sampling was carried out and the CVP-35 Professional Quality of Life Questionnaire (Grimaldo, 2010) was applied. The results show that there are no differences in the quality of professional life between people who work remotely and in person. Likewise, it was evidenced that there are no differences in the dimensions of the quality of professional life between employees under the remote and face-to-face modality according to vulnerability to COVID and COVID contagion. However, significant differences were found when comparing the Intrinsic Motivation dimension according to living with people vulnerable to COVID according to the type of work, finding that people who work remotely and do not live with vulnerable people have greater intrinsic motivation.
