The present research aimed to determine the relationship between structural empowerment and organizational commitment of employees of manufacturing SMEs in Metropolitan Lima, 2023. Therefore, the study had a quantitative approach, correlational scope and a non-experimental - cross-sectional research design. The population consisted of 58,502 employees and the sample consisted of 383 employees of manufacturing SMEs in Metropolitan Lima. A survey was used for data collection and the instrument was a questionnaire with Likert-type scales. Regarding the first variable, structural empowerment, there were 12 items grouped into four groups or dimensions, 3 of the items correspond to Access to Opportunities, 3 correspond to Access to Support, 3 to Access to Information and 3 to Access to Resources. On the other hand, for the organizational commitment variable, 18 items were organized into three groups or dimensions, 6 of the items correspond to Affective Commitment, 6 to Continuity Commitment and 6 to Normative Commitment. The data obtained were subsequently entered into a statistical program (SPSS) to analyze the information. The results obtained through the Rho Spearman correlation were 0.333, showing a low direct positive correlation between the structural empowerment variable and organizational commitment.
