This study examines and validates the possible tax impact of advance pricing agreements (APA) on companies in the plastic industry in South Lima. Currently, businesses face a changing economic and fiscal environment, which has generated the need to analyze and understand the impact of APA on tax obligations. The research is based on the theory, interpretation, analysis, and application outlined by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Peruvian Tax Code, and the Peruvian Income Tax Law, as well as opinions made by transfer pricing experts and surveys conducted among accountants working at plastic product companies. The first chapter encompasses the theoretical framework, including relevant national and international sources, concepts, and definitions crucial to the research. The second chapter outlines the research plan, including the formulation of problems, objectives, and hypotheses, all of them in general and specific terms, respectively. In the third chapter, the research methodology is described as a mixed approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition, this one establishes the population and sample for the investigation. The fourth chapter, the research development, utilizes quantitative tools such as surveys and qualitative methods like interviews, presenting the corresponding analysis. Finally, the fifth chapter describes a quantitative analysis using SPSS 28 software to validate the proposed hypotheses, along with a discussion of the results, conclusions, and corresponding recommendations.
