Today, one of Peru's main problems is the large number of vulnerable communities, whether in rural or urban areas, which often do not have access to basic education or recreation services. In addition, the country does not have an adequate infrastructure developed, since the government does not provide financing to the Community Education unit for the construction of schools that focus on this type of education and the existing ones are made by the residents themselves. The most similar constructions to this type are faced with problems such as poor lighting, worn materials and in danger of collapse, absence of recreational spaces and little relationship with the environment. That is why the design of an architectural building is proposed which encourages the development of people living in situations of poverty through community education. The way in which the aforementioned deficiencies will be resolved will be through the construction of a Community Center which will have spaces for cultural and educational workshops, library, cafeteria and public spaces. This will focus on Flexibility in Architecture, since it helps create environments that connect the project with the city to promote its use and generate dynamic and interactive spaces that improve the learning conditions of the established user. The project will be located in Ate because it is one of the districts with the greatest number of problems related to vulnerability, such as unemployment, poverty, marginality and violence, and fewer buildings that offer uses to carry those educational and cultural deficiencies.
