The objective of this work is to determine how the workers of banking entities perceive gender equality in their companies and the relationship that this perception has with job satisfaction. For this, a correlated and descriptive methodology was used, applying the Gender Equity Perception Questionnaire (Gómez & Jiménez, 2015) and the S10/12 Job Satisfaction scale (Meliá & Peiró, 1989). The results obtained show us that 70% of the participants in the questionnaire consider that women have no less chance of achieving a good job position than men. Secondly, 100% consider that the responsibility of supporting the family financially is not always the man's and that taking care of the house and the children is not always the woman's. Thirdly, 90% consider that when a couple lives together or is married, it is important that both of them can work and contribute financially at home. Finally, 80% are satisfied with the “equality“ and “fair“ treatment they receive at their company. Among the main conclusions is the relationship between the still perceived inequality of opportunities in appearance and job satisfaction in terms of equality and justice. These two components are related because there is still 30% who perceive gender inequality, thus triggering 20% of dissatisfaction in terms of equality and justice in the environment of their company.
