For this, a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) with exploratory scope was applied and the design of the research was not experimental. The selection of the sample was not probabilistic and interview and survey techniques were applied to collect information. It was identified that there exist five intervention programs of differentiated treatment according to the profile of the offender, which allows a treatment that focuses on decreasing the specific risk factors that lead them to commit a crime: a) Sexual offenders, b) High or moderate relapse risk, c) Low relapse risk, d) Deteriorated family ties and d) Preparation for discharge. 97% of adolescents have manifested that the treatment provided adjusts to the necessities that lead them to commit a crime and 93% have accomplished better impulse restrain and develop self-control techniques. These educational formation programs allow that the adolescents are able to be instructed while they comply their socio-educational measure, hence 83% have accomplished to continue their studies and 20% to find a job. Meanwhile, 100% of the Technical Interdisciplinary Team highlight the effectiveness of the socio-educational measures on open environment as they allow the adolescent to develop skills that will facilitate their reinsertion and avoid antisocial behavior that does happen with adolescents deprived of their liberty.
