The aim of this research was to find the characteristics of the Accelerated Bankruptcy Refinancing Procedure (PARC) that must be implemented in the Indecopi’s Preventive Bankruptcy Procedure (PCP), to offer a better permanent tool to companies and avoid their bankruptcy. To this end, it was possible to find the most essential characteristics of the Accelerated Bankruptcy Refinancing Procedure (PARC) to the Preventive Bankruptcy Procedure (PCP); For this reason, in the preparation of the proposal, the characteristics that could be necessary to the current Preventive Bankruptcy Procedure (PCP) were included. The research, due to its study characteristics, has a qualitative approach, of a basic type and a descriptive, non-experimental design since there was no manipulation of any variable. Documentary analysis was used as a consistent technique for data collection. In the results, it was identified that the characteristics of the Accelerated Bankruptcy Refinancing Procedure (PARC) should be included in the Preventive Bankruptcy Procedure (PCP), according to the reality and speed of the users, from virtual processing to experiences in crisis situations, that allow companies to continue with their activities in the business market and; Obviously, they avoid the dissolution of the company and the refinancing of the market operators, and thus they can lower their transaction costs. It was concluded that the Preventive Bankruptcy Procedure (PCP) should help the applications and undertakings of companies that may be affected in crisis situations beyond the context of Covid-19, as the Accelerated Bankruptcy Refinancing Procedure (PARC) did in his moment.
