Currently, a traditional methodology is used for the progress of work in various multi-family building projects in Metropolitan Lima; because they are reluctant to change, believing that it would generate a lot of investment. There are restrictions for the use of this methodology in projects due to having an established, inflexible and limiting development structure. Among them, highlighting the problem of the limited visual and communicative experience; because the people involved or stakeholders do not have a complete visualization of the entire project before, during and after its execution and influencing the scarce communication of the work, handling different information each one of them; generating that in the course of the work incompatibilities occur. This research shows that, having a digital twin (360° virtual tour) of the project, obtained from the 3D photogrammetric scanner; improves the visual and communicative experience of stakeholders. The benefits provided by this tool are to generate an immersive environment (digitized work) and interactive, showing project specifications through Mattertags; The final result will be stored in the Matterport cloud and will be shared via a link with those involved in the project so that they have the same information in real time and can know the status of the progress of the work. The 360° virtual tour is carried out from time to time, during the progress of the work, being able to detect problems that originate in the course of it; inducing to make better decisions together, giving solutions to these problems, making the project develop efficiently.
