The present research study aims to analyze the relationships between hedonic experience, brand awareness, brand identity, and consumer behavior of millennials who make mobile purchases in Lima Moderna in the year 2022. The methodology used in the study was quantitative research with a non-probability convenience sampling. Additionally, a total of 300 surveys were validated as a quantitative research instrument to determine if there is a relationship between the variables. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework will be presented, where the main variables of the research will be established: hedonic experience, brand awareness, brand identity, and consumer behavior. This will observe the information collected from the main study papers to carry out the present study. In the second chapter, the study problem will be identified, and the objectives and hypotheses corresponding to the variables found in our base paper will be presented. In the third chapter, the methodology of work will be described in detail, including the type of research, scope, and design. Also, the operationalization of the study variables, the sampling process, and the instrument to be used for data collection will be looked at in detail. In chapters four and five, the research results will be examined, using statistical analyses such as the Spearman correlation coefficient, and then a comparison of the findings obtained with the theory present in the initially reviewed research articles will be made. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations derived from the study will be presented.
