The objective of this research was to determine the impact of e-commerce on the tax obligations of textile companies in the Parque Cánepa Shopping Center, Lima 2021. Concepts and perspectives of the quantitative and qualitative paradigms were assumed. The study was framed in a correlational level and was developed under the steps of a field research, with a non-experimental design, whose information collection, with a qualitative scope, was based on the technique of the semi-structured interview and, from the quantitative point of view, the survey was used. A questionnaire composed of 30 statements and a 14-question interview guide was used as an instrument for collecting information. The population consisted of 42 businesses, of which a sample of 38 was used. In addition, 3 experts focused on the field of e-commerce and taxation, who are specialists in this research, were interviewed. SPSS tool was used to examine the collected data, chi-square test and cross-tabulations. The results showed that, whit the chi-square test having a significance of 0.004 > 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternate hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that e-commerce has an impact on the tax obligations of companies in the textile sector in the Parque Cánepa Shopping Center in Lima, 2021.
