In this thesis, the objective will be to determine the relationship between the quality of the mobile banking service and the satisfaction of the clients of Metropolitan Lima in the four main banking entities in the year 2020. For the investigation, a quantitative approach was used, of correlational type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design; In the data collection, a probabilistic test was carried out and the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The latter was applied to 369 clients of banking entities from a population made up of 9,000 clients who use applications. The study found that older people value the mobile banking service more, unlike young people; There is no significant difference by gender in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. To contrast the hypotheses, the non-parametric Spearman's rho statistic was selected, in order to measure the correlations and identify the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction; thus, said result was a coefficient of 0.865, which constituted that a connection between the variables is visualized. Finally, it is concluded that the general hypothesis is accepted and that there is a positive and significant conclusion; and, in the same way, there are the dimensions of the tangible elements, the response capacity, the reliability and the security. These have a positive and significant confirmation, since security is more related to customer satisfaction.
