Abstract: Este proyecto está enfocado en el desarrollo de una escuela de música moderna ubicado en el distrito de Comas, Lima Norte, desarrollado bajo el concepto de la arquitectura sensorial. Así mismo, con este proyecto se busca mejorar la calidad educativa de los estudiantes buscando repotenciar el polo educativo del lugar por medio de la implementación de una infraestructura dedicada al desarrollo musical.
Así mismo, este proyecto está conformado por medio de aspectos estimulantes dentro del espacio arquitectónico activando así los sistemas perceptivos del usuario.
Por ello, se propone el desarrollo de un edificio elaborado por medio de aspectos arquitectónicos sensoriales que influyan positivamente en los alumnos, además dicho proyecto se integrará con el contexto social mediante la intervención artística del entorno urbano expresada a través de su fachada.
This project is focused on the development of a contemporary music school located in the district of Comas, Lima Norte, developed under the concept of sensorial architecture. Likewise, this project seeks to improve the educational quality of the students, seeking to repower the educational pole of the place through the implementation of an infrastructure dedicated to musical development. Likewise, this project is made up of stimulating aspects within the architectural space, thus activating the user's perceptual systems. For this reason, the development of a building elaborated by means of sensory architectural aspects that positively influence the students is proposed, in addition, this project will be integrated with the social context through the artistic intervention of the urban environment expressed through its facade.
