The objective of this research was to analyze how the digitization and automation of processes would impact on job satisfaction of the post - sales operations teams of a financial institution. It focuses on the context of the shift from face-to-face to digital work, using all kinds of virtual tools. The methodology used was a mixed approach (quantitative - qualitative), type of basic research, Dexplis design (explanatory sequential), descriptive level - explanatory. The sample studied was 41 employees of the after-sale operational management area of the financial institution between analysts and supervisors. The data collection tools used were: for the quantitative phase two questionnaires with Likert scale, for the variables digital transformation and job satisfaction respectively; the interviewing technique was applied to part of the sample for the qualitative phase. The overall conclusion was that there would be a high impact of the digitization and automation of processes on job satisfaction, supported by a Rho de Spearman coefficient of 0.676 in the quantitative phase. Also, in the qualitative phase, it was concluded that the perception of workers was oriented to a positive predisposition to the change of work that brings all the digitization and automation of processes, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of it, and demonstrating overall positive job satisfaction in personal and professional life. On the other hand, there is a low perception for the employees to lose their jobs because the organization is doing a great job sharing the real vision and all the OKR to the staff.
