The purpose of the present work is to take advantage of disused Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW) and End of Life Tires (ELT) for the construction of the pavement base. We put forward the proposal to successfully replace part of the raw material used in the elaboration of these bases without altering their physical, chemical and mechanical properties; since, the layers that make up a pavement, whether rigid or flexible, have to meet certain quality and resistance requirements according to the standard, so that they can be used as such. Since these layers will be the ones that resist all the traffic loads that are generated due to the passage of vehicles. And they have to remain strong throughout their useful life. The substitution will be for certain percentages in volume that experimentation will lead us to determine. In the first instance, specimens will be evaluated with only one aggregate, either RCD or NFU, and then go on to carry out tests with both materials together. An important point is that it helps to preserve the non-renewable raw material used in the elaboration of these bases and above all contribute to the reduction of the environmental impact generated by the aforementioned waste to be used.
