Abstract: Desde principios de la humanidad el hombre tuvo la necesidad de habitar. El clima, el tiempo, la búsqueda de protección fueron los principales factores variantes que hicieron que el hombre primitivo busque un refugio, En 1969 Amos Reaport sostiene que el abrigo tiene una importancia suprema para el hombre, es el factor constante en su lucha por la supervivencia. Lo cual lo lleva a tener un primer vínculo con la arquitectura.
En contraste con lo determinado el hombre desde hace siglos está en constante movimiento y relación con su medio, esto comienzo desde el hogar, lugar en el que se desarrollan los primeros vínculos familiares y donde el hombre empieza a vivir. Esto siempre está sujeto a disputas entre diferentes actores que intervienen en su participación y ejecución: quien busca y quien ejecuta la habitabilidad de una vivienda, asimismo se analiza el porque de este conflicto desde la problemática social urbana, nuevas alternativas estandarizadas como tendencias flexibles que conlleva la arquitectura diagramática. Bajo estas premisas se planteará otorgarle un lugar y un espacio habitable a cierto grupo de personas que viven en un contexto urbano.
