The objective of this research work is to determine to what extent the Associativity applied by companies that export green bean coffee from the northern cluster of Peru is related to their export performance in the period 2016-2020. Based on this, it has two study variables such as Associativity and export performance; whose information was collected from national and international backgrounds that involve research papers and degree theses and can be visualized in a summarized way in the operationalization matrix and consistency matrix. Likewise, a mixed research approach was used with an explanatory-descriptive scope with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, for which qualitative and quantitative techniques were used based on in-depth interviews with 12 experts from the agro-export sector belonging to public and private companies, which later they were compiled and analyzed in the Atlas Ti software; In turn, virtual surveys were carried out with a Likert scale to 13 associative companies that export coffee under tariff heading 0901.11.90.00 from the northern cluster of Peru that had constant exports during the study period. It should be noted that, with the use of both techniques three of the four research hypotheses were validated; that is, it was found that the perception, formalization, and financing dimensions are related to the export performance variable, while the training dimension is not related. The results are specified in greater detail in the discussion of the results and conclusions of the investigation.
