This research was born as a proposal for the optimization of productive time (PT) by reducing the contributory time (CT) focused on rural road projects with staff turnover. Under this scenario, the use of direct labour from the area surrounding the project is made, who have limited knowledge or not admissible under the quality standards. This situation leads to an improvised induction provided by the most qualified personnel on site, who invest their productive time to provide this training. In this way, what should have been PTs turn into TCs, as was verified in the first field visit to a road project in Ancash where, by means of balance sheets, it was determined that 39% of the execution of the critical items of the project were TCs and almost 13% of the same was invested in inductions. As a possible solution, a training plan is proposed that seeks to provide knowledge in the short term, but with long-term storage capacity, using the Microlearning methodology in the plan, which is based on the use of mobile devices as a tool for the reproduction of micro learning content. The most striking result obtained is that 100% of the respondents indicated that the implementation of the TSTMS generates a great impact on the indicators by increasing PT and reducing CT. Furthermore, the same experts indicated that they would implement or recommend the plan for the company in which they currently work. Finally, excellent final comments of acceptance and some constructive criticisms were obtained.
