The purpose of this research was to demonstrate the relationship between innovation and its relationship with the output logistics performance of the enterprises under the electronic commerce of Metropolitan Lima in the face of the challenges of COVID-19 in the year 2022. To fulfill the purpose, it was studied to a sample of 369 enterprises under electronic commerce during the year 2022 in Metropolitan Lima. This study uses quantitative, correlational and non-experimental methods. In the data collection, 2 surveys were used in which the Likert scale was used, for the measurement of the logistic output performance and for the measurement of innovation. Subsequently, the data obtained was entered into the reliable SPSS statistical software to examine the information from the surveys and the validity of the study. The conclusions obtained indicate a moderate correlation between the two variables, which confirms the existence of a link. Finally, recommendations are presented for the development of innovation in electronic commerce and its use in various studies that contribute to the link between logistics performance and entrepreneurs.
