This paper described how large and small organizations have implemented teleworking to facilitate the work of employees, ensure business continuity over time and protect the health of employees against COVID-19. Therefore, to address the general problem, the following question was designed: what are the impacts that teleworking has generated on the productivity of collaborators? Thus, the objective of the investigation was to analyze the impact of teleworking on employee productivity. On the other hand, the methodology consisted of a bibliographic research or review, where 30 articles in Spanish and English were collected from reliable databases; among these, Scopus, Scielo, Ebsco, Dialnet and Science Direct. The results indicated that teleworking has had a positive impact on productivity, since the use of technology leads to some advantages for the organization and employees; in addition, it must be taken into account that health and safety are essential to raise the productivity level of employees, and teleworking promotes a greater flexibility. Finally, it was found that motivation is essential for this working context, since it increases the productivity of the collaborator and the organization.
