The percentage of perfect orders is a high-level and complete indicator, since it is composed of 4 components, which are the percentages of complete deliveries, on time, with quality and with complete documentation in the delivery of orders. These components reflect the organizational performance and competitiveness of companies. In this sense, the present research project aims to propose a solution model that optimizes the supply and dispatch of the company to increase the percentage of perfect orders in a company in the retail sector. Consequently, the BPM methodology is developed to reduce the high times generated in the activities of the purchasing process and AHP to have an efficient selection and evaluation of suppliers. Likewise, 5S and Cyclical Counting methodologies will be developed to increase productivity in the dispatch process and Inventory Record Accuracy (ERI). A case study was carried out, which has a percentage of perfect orders of 64.5%, however, it was expressed that the average value of the retail sector is 74.6%, representing a gap of 10.1%, evidencing an opportunity for improvement in the current market. In this sense, the simulation validation method was chosen using the Arena simulation software, resulting in an increase in the percentage of perfect orders to 84.65%, representing an improvement of 30.2% compared to the current situation of the current situation. Likewise, the percentage of deliveries on time and complete deliveries had an increase of 95.2% and 95.5% respectively.
