The present research work has as a priority to develop a business plan to provide human resources consulting services to all medium and large companies. Its purpose is to promote soft skills using music and theater as a differentiating factor. It should be noted that through these focused workshops and a disruptive methodology, the aim is to maximize the productivity of employees by improving their interpersonal relationships in such a way that a pleasant work environment is generated, resulting in the fulfillment of medium and short-term objectives. term in an organization. The diagnosis of the environment was initially carried out with the PESTEL analysis where it was determined that the HR consulting market is very competitive, characterized by a medium-high power of the suppliers and easy entry for new competitors, additionally an analysis of the Porter's five forces where the competitiveness of the company was evaluated and how prepared it is to undertake the project. Then, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which was the starting point for formulating corporate strategies and aligning them with the business value proposition. Finally, the financial evaluation with a 5-year horizon, yielded quite encouraging results, in which an initial investment of S/ 552,392 soles is forecast, which will be 70% financed by a bank with a TEA of 20.5%. and the remaining 30% through contributions from partners. Likewise, to evaluate the viability of the business, a NPV of S/. 245,812 with a WACC rate of 12.52% and a financial internal rate of return (IRR) of 29%. For this reason, it was determined that the project is viable and profitable for shareholders, which is why it is predicted that it will have a positive impact on the consulting market.
