In 2020, given the emergence of Covid-19 worldwide, E-Commerce was the most important sales channel due to social isolation, generating changes in consumer behavior. Likewise, Peru was no exception, as Peruvian consumers found it necessary to change their purchasing habits. Therefore, companies were forced to migrate or accelerate the digitization of their businesses and to implement marketing strategies applied to their digital channels to stabilize in the market, since the traditional sales model was displaced. In that sense, the research seeks to know how the current consumer behavior in zone is 6 of Metropolitan Lima. Therefore, the main objective is to determine whether there is a relationship between perceived risk, perceived satisfaction, and purchase intention. In addition, the perceived risk variable contains four dimensions: financial, product, security and privacy, which were extracted from the scientific article by “Van Dat“. In order to carry out the collection of information for the study, a non-experimental methodology was used with a descriptive and correlational scope, where a questionnaire validated by three experts was applied. The main result was the strong relationship between perceived satisfaction and purchase intention. Based on this, the authors conclude that the higher the perceived satisfaction found in a purchase, the higher the probability of becoming a frequent customer.
