The research addresses the use of superadobe, a construction technique for walls of a house using polypropylene bags filled with earth, joined with barbed wire to provide stability even in the face of seismic events. The efficiency of this technique was demonstrated in the earthquake in the town of Hueyapan-Morelos Mexico in 2017, where the houses were left in rubble, but 8 houses built with superadobe resisted without suffering severe damage. In addition to earthquakes, we can mitigate infiltration problems caused by rains or overflowing rivers with a good drainage system. These types of homes are suitable for resisting cold temperatures because they have wide walls, thicker than 0.50 m, and adequate confinement. In addition, we include a consistent geothermal air conditioning system taking advantage of the natural heat generated in the subsoil. We validated the proposal, building a 25 m2 prototype house with 0.50 m thick walls, roofing with icho and geothermal energy that consisted of placing a 2-inch-diameter PVC pipe 3 meters below the surface. We monitor the internal temperature of the house with and without Geothermal Energy, to observe if there is a difference in temperature between them, likewise, we monitor the internal temperature of typical houses of the place that are made of adobe and calamine, the differences in temperature are considerable with respect to the proposed model. Finally, the construction budget was made to evaluate the economic feasibility according to the reality of the town of Manallasacc.
