Due to the fact that in recent years many organizations have chosen to have digital transformation that favors their companies, such is the case that in the COVID-19 pandemic, they have been forced to evolve towards a new reality dominated by digital technology, in such a way that they allow certain processes to be accelerated, becoming more competitive. The objective of this work is to know what the digital strategies are and the impact on the digital transformation of organizations; Therefore, different positions were identified through a search in the research resources provided by the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, from which five subtopics were chosen (having one as a dependent variable) to answer our research question. The information has been worked through four matrices that are indicated in the annexes. Therefore, the research details that although digital strategies are closely associated with an effective digital transformation, their inadequate formulation and implementation can have adverse consequences for the organization. This theme was chosen because companies can innovate and generate important changes through new types of Business Strategies in the digital age, allowing positive impacts on the digital transformations of organizations.
