The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between reward as the main motivation of millennial collaborators and labor productivity in the agencies of the main banks in Lima Centro. In order to carry out a correct analysis, a cross-sectional non-experimental quantitative investigation was carried out, that is, the variables were studied without being deliberately manipulated. In addition, it was analyzed under a correlational scope, in order to measure the relationship between the variables under study. To collect truthful information, a questionnaire was used, which is a quantitative tool, entitled: “Reward-motivation and labor productivity questionnaire”, which was applied to 292 surveyed millennial collaborators, who were chosen according to the characteristics of the sample. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between reward as the main motivation of millennial collaborators and labor productivity in the agencies of the main banks in Central Lima 2020-2021. According to the analysis in the statistical program, it is concluded that the relationship between both variables is strong and perfect, being a directly proportional relationship. Finally, conclusions about this relationship and practical and academic recommendations were provided.
