This project proposes a web solution using deep neural network applied to a company in the automotive sector. This project seeks to reduce delivery times of vehicles in which a preventive maintenance service is performed. Likewise, the proposal is intended to allow the company to make decisions in advance in order to allocate its resources efficiently. For the realization of this project, deep neural network solutions applied in financial institutions were investigated to evaluate the risk of delinquency in credit cards based on the customer's personal characteristics and spending behaviors. In this case the proposal applies a routine design in which delays will be identified based on the characteristics of the operator or technician of the auto repair shop and their history of preventive maintenance services performed. Finally, an economic feasibility analysis was carried out to validate whether the proposal is profitable or not. By obtaining the NPV and IRR results, it was concluded that the project will be viable as of year nine, which means that if the investment is expected to be recovered before this time, it will not be profitable.
