This research paper has the goal to identify gaps, threats and opportunities for Hangart Creative business through analyzing current strategy and business plan, in order to strengthen it by creating value and sustained growth. This enterprise belongs to group Vartini, which has ample experience in the packaging market, and which has global and national clients. Through the years, the family enterprise identified business opportunities in outsourced services of clients, in the areas of research, design and development of advertising projects for packaging, creating Hangart Creative in 2011. In 2021, this enterprise adds to its services the printing and manufacturing of advertising exhibits, in order to grow and position itself in the graphic advertising market and to offer a value proposition in trade marketing. The challenges the enterprise faces are: increasing sales share with independent clients, increasing the use of production capacity and being recognized in the market as an advertising agency producing innovative viable and quality proposals, in marketing, branding and packaging. The performed analysis has identified that the enterprise has ample experience in global packaging, high level of client satisfaction and acceptance of its value proposition by potential clients. Project analysis shows its viability with a positive VAN and a TIR superior to the partners cost of opportunity. The business model will be sustainable, satisfying and exceeding clients expectations, with collaborative work, communication, innovation quality and organizational engagement.
