The present study is based on the research, conducted by the authors, entitled Business information architecture for successful project implementation based on sentiment analysis in the tourist sector [22] which consisted of the following: Analysis and purpose of research: the propose a business architecture based on sentiment analysis to improve the implementation of projects in the tourism sector in order to understand the perceptions and opinions of customers, which is especially important in the tourism sector, where customer satisfaction is critical to the success and definition of sales. Through a literature review, case analysis and data mining, critical success factors are identified and a four-stage methodology is developed for information gathering, sentiment analysis, decision making and project implementation. Design/methodology/approach: Through a case study in Peru, a business architecture model was designed to identify the tastes and possible tourism interests of customers, which generates a benefit for companies in the tourism sector. With this information it is possible to generate histories and trends that allow companies in the sector to get ahead in the creation of tourist packages for customers and in turn improve the service with them, which in the short and long term also increases the benefits of the companies. Results: The results confirm in a positive way the hypothesis proposed where through an enterprise architecture model, accompanied by a data analysis proposal, the dependence on large companies in the sector can be reduced and allows small companies to create a variety of tourist packages. Main conclusion: Using innovative tools and data analysis techniques, you can make informed decisions and implement projects more effectively, which can lead to greater customer satisfaction and, ultimately, business success.
