The present investigation had as a general objective to analyze the influence of teleworking on the quality of work life (CVL) of customer service advisors of five contact centers of the telecommunications sector in Metropolitan Lima for the year 2022, since these call centers registered a series of complaints for not complying with the labor rights of its collaborators. As a result of the pandemic, many companies implemented the teleworking modality, and there was also a growth in demand for this sector, so this study seeks to determine how this new way of working influenced the quality of working life. For this, a quantitative approach was used, under a descriptive-explanatory design, in which 382 telemarketers were selected, to whom a questionnaire made up of 40 items was applied via Google Forms. Regarding the conclusions, the Nagalkerke coefficient indicated that the variability of the quality of working life depends on 27% of teleworking and a positive correlation was found between teleworking and the quality of working life of telemarketers.
