This research work analyzes in depth, the tax violations and penalties and their negative impact on the continuity of the MYPES of the textile sector in 2019. In the first chapter there is an analysis of the various research works developed in Peru and in other neighboring countries, related to our thesis topic, we also briefly detail the current structure of our Peruvian tax system, we make an analysis of its complexity, as well as the principles involved in the sanctioning procedure. We continue our research, collecting part of the infractions and sanctions contemplated in the Fourth Book of the Tax Code, as well as the graduality regime and the tax regimes. On the other hand, we explain the importance of MYPES in our economy, how they are constituted and how they are structured. In the second chapter, we develop our research plan, starting with the description of the problems faced by MSEs in the complexity of our tax system, with special emphasis on the classification of offenses and the determination of penalties. Then, we have the formulation of the problem, objectives and hypotheses, which will be the basis for our following chapters. In the third chapter, we proceed to define our population through the use of public information from the SUNAT website, as well as the determination of our sample, applying delimiting parameters. In chapter four, we proceed with the development of the quantitative and qualitative instruments, such as the in-depth interview and the application of surveys to MYPES in the textile sector.
