MOOC courses are online courses that can be taken at anytime and anywhere in the world, giving the consumer the ease of not having to run out of time. However, this has caused companies to start having a big problem with low rates of consumers not continuing the course. This study, therefore, explores the relationships between content quality, usability and flow status with satisfaction towards recommendation and continuity intention. It also seeks to provide some reasons associated with the problems of attrition and abandonment which can be used by the academic and business community to expand the line of research or decision making respectively. For this study a correlational approach methodology is used with a quantitative study model, with a sample of four hundred people who have taken a paid online course in the last six months.
