The main purpose of this document is to analyze two (2) legal cases related to public law and private law, which I will summarize in the following paragraphs in that order. On the one hand, the complaint for bureaucratic barriers against the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima will be analyzed, in which it requested to declare as illegal bureaucratic barriers two (2) requirements of the Municipality regarding license applications for the installation of outdoor advertising elements (i.e., for not complying with technical aspects of Ordinance No. 1094-MML and for requiring that the legend of the advertisement coincides with the line of business of the Operating License). On the other hand, about private law, an eviction process due to precarious occupation will be analyzed. Likewise, the relation of the referred process with the inheritance law will be analyzed, in this case, the institution of forced heir with hereditary vocation and, consequently, the co-ownership, supporting all this as a sufficient title to own a property. The analysis of both cases will consist of determining which(es) sentence(s), from the perspective of the graduate, is in accordance with the normative order, assessing the relevant evidence and the applicable sources of law.
