The research has the main objective of examining the inventory management process in the Mype sector in Peru. Therefore, it is based on a case study, so we will study, supported by the essential concepts of industrial engineering, a microenterprise belonging to the textile industry, to provide solutions to its central problem. This work is composed of 4 stages, also called chapters. Throughout the first chapter, the state of the art that covers the preceding studies and the presentation of the theoretical framework that will be applied throughout this work is presented. In the second section, the diagnosis made in the company is located to know its processes and its level of development. Likewise, an evaluation of the most fundamental problems that the company has, the economic impact and the relationships that exist between these is carried out to distinguish and identify the central causes of the problem that it entails in the company. In the third section, the inventory management paradigm for raw materials is explained, using (PEEEP), that is, the tool called plan for every part, together with 5S and Jidoka. Additionally, we elaborated a proposal around the indicators that will allow measuring the impact, as well as the necessary steps for the implementation of the proposed proposal. Finally, the fourth chapter includes the development of the validation and verification of our proposal, this is based on the initial implementation, the projection of scenarios and the analysis of the economic viability of the project.
