Objective: to describe the clinical cases and their most relevant characteristics that the intern has been able to review during the Medical Internship from June 2021 to March 2022 at the 2 de Mayo National Hospital, María Auxiliadora Hospital and Chorrisalud Polyclinic. Methodology: this work is a descriptive study of the clinical cases attended and the professional experience acquired from June 2021 to March 2022 at the Hospital Nacional 2 de Mayo, Hospital María Auxiliadora and the Chorrisalud Polyclinic in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery rotations. and Gynecology. Results: the 30 most relevant clinical cases that the intern has been able to attend at the National Hospital 2 de Mayo, Hospital María Auxiliadora and the Chorrisalud Polyclinic are described, observing the management from different perspectives in relation to the population and its social development, prioritizing the integral attention of the patient and looking for his well-being. Conclusions: the internship is one of the stages that every doctor must have at the end of their studies to gain the experience and objectivity that the career deserves. The intern was able to establish his rotations between 3 locations, those already mentioned, being the hospitals the ones that played a very enriching role in this last stage and that helped both professional and human growth, developing assertive and empathetic behaviors towards all the patients treated.
