The objective of this project is to develop a web sales system for small and medium-sized companies within the Peruvian territory, in order to take advantage of this emerging channel and through data mining techniques, the information obtained can be used, which allows them to support decision making and seek to channel a greater number of sales, greater product turnover and increase customer acquisition. Thus, traditional commerce is carried out through direct contact and many times the information is not used by small and medium-sized companies in order to provide their customers with a better quality of service. Only to the extent that a company is capable of managing said information and transforming or converting it into sales, income, or profitability for the company. Likewise, in the last 2 years due to the context of the pandemic caused by Covid 19, electronic commerce in Peru grew significantly. To achieve the objectives of the present, an object of study was considered, in traditional commerce, from which its requirements and expectations were obtained that served to elaborate this proposal. Therefore, the proposed solution will improve the quality of customer service, expose their products on an online platform available 24 hours a day, identify which product is in greatest demand based on the number of sales made on the web. Likewise, this proposal is based on business cases in Peru that have implemented electronic commerce during the last 2 years, which have had good results and business benefits. This document is divided into 6 chapters. The first will describe the problems of national companies in their entry into virtual commerce and other aspects that help sustain the development of the project, then it will detail how each of the ABET competencies proposed by the university has been achieved. Subsequently, the theoretical framework, the analysis of all the available technologies for the elaboration of the system and the election of those that adjust to the needs of the project will be described; Also, the development of the project is shown using Scrum as an agile methodology and the results of implementing it. Additionally, the fundamentals for the organization of the project will be considered, such as the interested parties, the technology to be used, the phases, milestones and the risks that each phase of the project contemplates.
