The competitiveness of the Peruvian market has directed internal communication from a strategy aligned to the treatment of messages to generate a value proposition that stimulates a sense of belonging, attracts talent and improves the organizational climate to provide a better work experience. The present work analyzes the perceptions of the collaborators about the key messages through the internal communication practices of the technology company FRACTAL to develop a value proposition, in the context of the health emergency caused by Covid-19. For this purpose, the interpretive paradigm was proposed, with a qualitative approach, using the case study design. 16 interviews were conducted with FRACTAL collaborators who work in the hybrid modality, with an interview guide of 19 questions aligned to a semi-structured data collection technique. The results verify the relationship of the categories with respect to the use of technology in communication as an opportunity to integrate a value proposition that satisfies the communicative expectations of the collaborators, improving the work experience. From there, FRACTAL carries out internal communication practices to transmit messages aligned with work well-being, organizational development, climate transmission and corporate identity. In this sense, the collaborators attribute points of value as a company dedicated to the empowerment, retention and attraction of talent, through efficient internal communication that commits the collaborators to the achievement of organizational objectives.
