In a world where knowledge and action revolve around the audiovisual, design proposals have to influence the induction power of their message. The following sufficiency work seeks to solve the problem identified in the municipality of Los Olivos, which faces the challenge of achieving a position in the electronic government oriented to direct service to the citizen, specifically in the documentary treatment. To do this, the municipality has a web page and on it a digital document processing tool called a virtual parts table. However, the citizens of Oliveira do not know or do not use it because visual communication lacks a constant graphic unit; the Virtual Parts Table User Manual has graphic weaknesses in layout, typography, color palette, illustrations and icons; and, finally, the dissemination strategy used by the municipality does not have a campaign that promotes or encourages the use of the virtual parties table. For this reason, the main objective is to develop a proposal to enhance the visual communication strategy that guides and induces the use of the virtual parts table of the municipality of Los Olivos. To do this, a graphic line is proposed; proposes a strategic communication from two campaigns in digital environments; as well as restating the graphic design of the manual for the use of the virtual parts table prepared by said entity.
