The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between resonant leadership and job satisfaction among workers in large spinning exporting companies in Metropolitan Lima, 2022. The resonant leadership variable is made up of four dimensions: coaching leadership, visionary leadership, affiliative leadership, and democratic leadership. Specific objectives were also established to analyze the relationship between each of the dimensions described above and the dependent variable job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to respond to these objectives, the authors analyzed a sample of 382 workers from the labor force of large spinning exporting companies in Metropolitan Lima, 2022, based on 7 companies that account for 73% of the labor force. The research followed a quantitative approach of correlational scope. Regarding data collection, a questionnaire with a Likert-type scale was used, which is confirmed by twenty items for the resonant leadership variable and twenty items for the job satisfaction variable. Finally, according to the results obtained in the present study, it was obtained that there is a direct relationship between both variables, since the general hypothesis was validated with a sig. of 0.000 and r=0.820. Therefore, it is concluded that the greater the resonant leadership is, the greater the job satisfaction will be.
